My name is Bob Smedley. I worked in the consulting engineering field for over thirty-six years. I started out as an engineer fresh
out of college; worked my way up to being a project manager for water and wastewater projects; and, finally became my company's Director
of Computer Services.
I retired in 2009 and to keep myself busy I help individuals or companies in two somewhat different areas
- photography and computer programming. Please take a look at the following pages to see if I might be able to help you with your

One of my community service projects involves volunteering for the Dr. Nelson Ying Orange County Science Exposition (the science fair
for you baby boomers out there). I'm responsible for coordinating other like minded community members that volunteer to serve as judges
at the fair each year.
